The hosting provider is apparently having some issues again. It was the same for a week in early spring, they keep getting hit with DOS attacks. All that can be done is to wait it out, took a few days last time.

It's also worth nothing that excessive masturbation and PS3 usage can cause time dilation when accessing forums.
