Any help?

Post by Rubix Cube » Sun Jun 21, 2009 7:06 pm

Hello Sunfall!

I've finally decided to get back into online gaming (by decided I mean, my wife has let me!) and have just bought LOTRO.

I played this in beta and played with a couple of trial accounts, but that was a long time ago and I'm essentially clueless, so if someone can point me in the direction of some good guides, I'd appreciate it. I'm playing a Hobbit Hunter called Rufast right now, so any advice geared towards that class and race would be welcome!

Hopefully someone from ye olde SWG days may be playing that I recognise?

Useful for Hobbits, Hunters, .... :)

Looking forward to meet you in game. However, be aware, the Sunfall-Kin went on Summer-Vacation to the sunny South (meaning it is very (and I mean veeeeery) quiet atm).

Will try to catch you anyway. Have a Human Hunter level 28, her name is Ashtoreth, maybe we can do some quests together soon.

I picked hunter for my Hobbit (despite it being a weak racial choice for that class) as I always liked the tale that the Hobbits sent 200 archers to the last battles against Angmar. That and I wanted a Hobbit and the other choices didn't appeal, with the possible exception of minstrel.

I've been playing more on my Warden, Rubric right now.

Minstrel is an awesome hobbit choice. Would love to come back and play some time.

After the longest download in history, files are corrupted :x
Trying again from a different server, to see if I can get a decent copy... I promise that I'll be in game.... sometime this century
