They did remove it temporarily. Seems to be back now, but people are reporting you need to go in and change the setting otherwise default setting caps to 100k/s download. Did see a nice pic of 75m/s download though. :) Shame I don't have the disk space to download though, anyone want to be guild lea...

They've been iterated a lot of alpha, so for the most part they should be set except for tuning - there are a few examples where one outperforms the others for all occasions but that'll get fixed :)
